Why do you think I chose to call this journal entry "a means to an end?"
What are some of the reasons talked about in the videos for a person becoming an "enforcer". Is there any pressure to take on this role?
How does the Crowd react to these enforcers? Are there still enforcers in todays hockey? If not, how has this changed over the years. Have you heard about any controversies in the last 10 years?
What physical and natural attributes made Derek a fit for the role of the enforcer? What was his personality like outside of hockey?
How does fighting for a living effect the persons emotional well-being?
Was there concern for the safety of the players? If not give examples, If so give examples?
Do you believe fighting should be allowed in Hockey?
What is CTE and which sports is it more prevalent? Do you believe that professional sports have a duty to protect their players? Or are they just "a means to an end" in big business sports?
